Silvija Seres

I work with artificial intelligence, data and strategic leadership, at the intersection of technology, organisations and society.

I help leadership teams and boards understand what AI actually means for responsibility, priorities and direction, and how organisations can take ownership of the transformation themselves. My work is about building sufficient understanding to make sound decisions in a time when technological change increasingly shapes the role of leadership.

I give keynotes and lead strategic workshops for organisations that want to move from interest and experimentation to clear direction and shared understanding.

What I do

Through my keynotes, I explore how artificial intelligence and data reshape the conditions for leadership, governance and long-term value creation. The focus is not on technology for its own sake, but on helping leaders develop the language and perspective needed to discuss AI in a concrete, responsible and relevant way.

In workshops, I work closely with leadership teams and boards to build shared understanding and decision readiness. The work is dialogue-based and grounded in the organisation’s own challenges, whether they relate to strategy, organisation, risk or societal responsibility.

My perspective is shaped by more than two decades of board work and strategic leadership across energy, finance, technology and public sector organisations, combined with a background from academia and international technology environments.
